I spent about 18 months working with teams in the Digital department at Hargreaves Lansdown.

My work included:

I can’t go into much more detail about the work, but I can repeat something I’ve already said on LinkedIn, and more than once: the team culture at HL is very strong indeed, and the people are are universally wonderful to work with.

My work was about simplifying and clarifying things, helping teams and individuals get messages across in accessible ways. It was enormous fun and I learned a lot from my colleagues in the DCX and UCD teams. 🫡
