The agile comms handbook is a lo-fi indie publishing project to help me write down all the things I say repeatedly in meetings.
It’s a book about teams, about writing, about blogging, about clarity, and about permission.
I think it’s useful for all sorts of teams, in all sorts of places and organisations and circumstances, who have a need to communicate about their work, as it happens. (They might not know that they have that need, mind you.)
The book was designed by Sonia Turcotte and edited by Amy McNichol, without whose help it would have remained a sad collection of text files on my computer. I’m grateful to both of them for their kindness, wisdom and patience.
